Fair Billing

Transparent pricing with clear terms. All payments are final and non-refundable. Subscription access ends immediately upon cancellation.

Usage limits ensure quality for all users. Do not attempt to circumvent restrictions or access paid features without authorization.

Legal Protection

Clear terms protect both parties. Services provided "as is" without warranties. Liability capped at recent subscription fees.

1. Scope of Services

  • Post jobs directly on LinkedIn as a company (not through ATS)
  • Conduct multiple types of interviews: AI calling, theoretical, behavioural, MCQ, coding, or hybrid
  • Access candidate evaluations, reports, and insights
  • We may enhance or discontinue features at our discretion

2. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate account and billing information
  • Use the Services only for lawful recruitment and HR-related activities
  • Ensure you have obtained candidate consent before conducting interviews
  • Not misuse integrations (e.g., LinkedIn posting or Exotel telephony) for spam, fraud, or unrelated activity

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions: Services are available on paid subscription plans, billed in advance
  • No Refunds: All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable
  • Cancellation: If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription access is terminated immediately
  • No Remaining Access: You will not be entitled to any leftover usage period
  • Free Plan Reversion: After cancellation, your account automatically shifts to our free plan with limited features

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of Gradii
  • Circumvent usage limits or attempt to access paid features without authorization
  • Use our Services to discriminate unlawfully in hiring or violate applicable employment laws
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security

5. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • External integrations (LinkedIn, Exotel, Gemini, etc.) may cause service disruptions outside our control
  • Planned maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability

6. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, software, branding, and materials are owned by Gradii
  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for recruitment purposes only
  • You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Gradii provides its Services on an 'as is' basis without warranties of accuracy or suitability
  • We are not responsible for candidate performance, hiring outcomes, or third-party actions
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, all paid features end immediately, and your account shifts to the free model

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra

10. Updates to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms from time to time
  • Any changes will be notified via the platform or email
  • Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms
