Usage Limits

• Users are responsible for making final hiring decisions
• We disclaim liability for decisions made based on our analysis

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services
